Lots of media attention in Sukhothai

Sukhothai has given us most media attention so far! When we start our Jumbo Express on our first day in Sukhothai, Cable TV Sukhothai, Channel 11, Channel 7, ITV en MCOT radio all come to visit us. They film the Jumbo Express, and ITV and Channel 11 also interview Antoinette, with the elephants grazing in the field in the background. After the interview they ask if we could arrange another meeting with them, to film how we take care of the elephants and maybe find a baby elephant which is supposed to be begging on the streets of Sukhothai right now. So there might be more media attention in it for us over the next few days. Starting today, cause today we have a live radio interview in the studio of MCOT. Compared to Ayutthaya this studio is more luxurious and more professional. We are making progress, Lee says. The director comes to talk to us in person, and promises to give word about us to their station in Chiang Mai as well. He is on control of MCOT radio all over northern Thailand, so he’s as very influential person.
